Toy Pattern: Puzzles-Rhino and Penguin

Tools

• Scroll saw
• Sand Paper

Material

• 1/4″ or 3/8” Baltic birch plywood

Instructions

1. Make pattern from print by printing on a piece of paper.
2. Place carbon paper under the pattern on the plywood.  Trace parts so the pattern shows on the wood.
3. Cut parts on a scroll saw with a fine blade.
4. Sand parts to remove rough edges from all parts.
