Directions to the St Louis Art Museum (SLAM) and Shaw Park are easily found on your phone or navigation system. Call Bill Schuchat at 314-406-1823 if you need assistance.
The picnic will begin at 11:30 AM at Shaw Park in Clayton. The park is at the South-West corner of Brentwood Blvd and Forsythe Blvd. Our reserved picnic area is the Barry-Wehmiller Pavilion area near the pond. Parking is available on the west side of the park. If you look up “Shaw Park” on the internet, there is a map of the park showing the parking areas and the pond.
A tour of the display of historic furniture at the St Louis Art Museum will begin at 1:00 PM. We are coordinating with SLAM to determine how many people can take the tour at one time. Enjoy our world-famous Art Museum and time with your fellow guild members!
The guild will provide the main course (fried chicken), drinks, and paper products. Please bring a covered dish of your own to share. You may also want to bring fold-up chairs as the pavilion has a limit of 36 people, but we can overflow into the adjacent park areas..
