Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council Apprentice & Training Center on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM CDT.
Guided by Jim Clarkin, this special event offers members an inside look at one of the region’s premier training facilities for the skilled trades. The evening will feature a tour of the state-of-the-art campus with a special emphasis on the Cabinet Makers Shop, where apprentices develop the craftsmanship and technical skills required for professional woodworking and architectural millwork.
Participants will also learn about the Journeyman Program, including career pathways, continuing education opportunities, and the advanced training available to members of the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council. The visit concludes with an opportunity to view a variety of student projects that showcase the precision, creativity, and craftsmanship developed through the apprenticeship program.
