Description: Joinery
Learn joints to make furniture, frames, and boxes. The
dado / rabbet, mortise and tenon, and splined miter joints will cover most project
needs. These joints will be cut quickly with a table saw and router, with a little
hand work for touch up.
Prerequisites: Shop Safety Course
Materials and supplies that students are expected to class: None
Materials that will be provided by the Guild: Wood for joint samples to be
made by students
Other items Students need to bring to class such as tools:
PPE, combination square, marking gauge, writing utensil, rasp if you have one
