If you have a “hand me down” hand plane from your Grandfather or a “flea market find” and wish to return it to useful service then attend this class. Cleaning the tool, sharpening and tuning the hand plane will be covered in a “hands on” setting. Correct planing techniques will also be covered.
Plan on bringing a bench plane of reasonable quality (Stanley, Millers Falls, Keen Kutter, etc.)
